Conference
Choralfest 2010 is a four-day event, July 7 – 10. The conference’s purposes are to promote artistic excellence, cooperation, and exchange by bringing together the finest choirs and choral leaders for seminars, reading sessions, and performances; to facilitate the dissemination of choral repertoire, research, recordings, and other related material and information; and to enhance the existing choral life in Australia.
Two choices for Choralfest 2010
1. Conference Delegate Registration Open NOW!!
Includes full access to all key note presentations, choice of up to 14 workshops, interest sessions, open rehearsals, all concerts and morning/afternoon teas and lunch.
For those choral musicians who want both professional development as well as the opportunity to sing in a choir delegates will also have the opportunity to be part of the “Delegates choir” which will rehearse once a day with Bruce Rogers (USA) one of the international key presenters.
Conference delegates also have an opportunity to watch masterclasses in conducting with one of our international key presenters.

2. Big Sing Participant
Experience the thrill of being in a massed choir with renowned conductor Gordon Hamilton. This choir will be SATB with members of all ages and experience. A great opportunity for those who love to sing and want to be part of a choral conference.
Big Sing participant registration includes daily rehearsals, all key note presentations, all conference concerts and at least one interest session/workshop per day.
Big Sing registration also includes, morning and afternoon tea and lunch for each day. (A BYO food option is also available)

Choralfest Secondary Choir
This will be an experience no secondary student who loves singing should miss. Conducted by one of the international presenters this choir will be of the highest quality. Auditions are open to all secondary students in years 10 – 12. To audition please complete the National Honour Choir application available online at www.anca.org.au
