Call for Choirs
Choir Applications closing December 1st 2009
The Choralfest 2010 Artistic Committee invites choirs to audition to perform at Choralfest 2010 Port Macquarie. Choirs may include any type of choral ensemble, including: community, school, sacred, contemporary groups, chamber groups, and jazz ensembles, and any other groups by arrangement with the Choralfest 2010 Artistic Committee. Choirs are asked to complete the APPLICATION FORM available on the website and send, with support material in a single package, by post or fax to:

Closing Dates
Round 1 closing date for receipt of all applications and support material is 1 October 2009. CLOSED
Round 2 closing date for receipt of all applications and support material is 1 December 2009.
All Auditioned Choir applications will be reviewed by the Choralfest 2010 Artistic Committee.
Round 1 and Round 2 applications will receive an email notice from the Choralfest 2010 Artistic Committee of ACCEPTANCE / NON ACCEPTANCE into the Choralfest 2010 Program by 21 December 2009. The Choralfest 2010 Artistic Committee may notify successful/unsuccessful applicants from either Round prior to this date.
Any choir may audition for Choralfest, however if successful, choir agrees to become an ANCA member (if not already a member). Membership fee for a choir is $77.
Late applications or support material in either Round may not be considered by the Artistic Committee.
